Tomorrow’s the day. My bags are packed. I’ve said my “see you later”s to friends and family.
At this moment I can clearly remember sitting in my MIS class fall of my sophomore year taking my first glimpse’s on the DIS website and googling about Copenhagen. A whole year and a half later I will be getting on three different planes and stop in two cities I’ve never been to as I make my way to Copenhagen. All day my mind and body have been restless as I packed, ran last minute errands, and reread emails from DIS. I’m nervous and excited: nervous like the first day of kindergarten and excited like the first day of undergrad. I am acknowledging my fear of the unknown and the wanderlust greatly increasing. I’ve been talking about this day for so long that I cannot believe it’s finally here.
I just want to be there since there is so much waiting for me in Cope.
